Connect Google
Owners signed in with Google OAuth and picked their Business Profile. Reviews synced on connect and on a schedule after that.

AI drafts the reply
Each review went to Claude with the business name, rating and chosen tone, under guardrails: no invented facts, no promises, no competitor names.

Approve or auto-send
Owners edited and approved drafts from the dashboard, or switched on auto-reply. Replies posted straight back to Google.
